Dragonfly is a well-equipped bungalow in Reydon, within easy walking distance of the popular seaside town of Southwold.

Reydon is conveniently situated just off the A12, this location being well placed for walking and cycling in this beautiful part of coastal Suffolk. Local attractions include Southwold beach, the river Blyth and Southwold Harbour and Inn. The picturesque village of Walberswick, home of the British Open Crabbing Championships held annually in August, can be reached on foot or by bicycle via a bridge (or ferry) across the river Blyth.

Slightly further afield are many beauty spots including RSPB Minsmere, historic Dunwich, Dunwich Forest and the remains of the enigmatic church at Covehithe.

Southwold offers excellent food for all the family and Dragonfly itself is near to a well known Inn/Restaurant offering good food.

Dragonfly is awarded a 3 star rating by the English Tourist Board.

The Availability Calendar shows nights that are booked. So if the 15^th of the month is shown as   booked   this means that someone will be in Dragonfly until the morning of the 16^th and that Dragonfly is available again from that afternoon.

Front door opens into the lobby, leading to the well–equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine.

Dragonfly features a large lounge/diner with two two-seater settees. Digital TV/Radio/DVD player and Radio/CD player. Modern dining suite for four people.

The Master Bedroom has a new double bed, wardrobes, dressing table and bedside cabinets.
The Second Bedroom contains bunk beds, bedside cabinet and hanging space.

The Bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath.

Dragonfly has an open plan front garden with lawn.

The large enclosed rear garden features lawn and flowerbeds plus patio area with garden furniture. This large garden is ideal for children and/or a dog.

There is off street parking for up to two cars as well as secure bicycle storage in the garage.

Duvets and pillows are all provided, however you will need to bring your own towels and bed linen.

The bungalow is heated with gas central heating.

Tariff includes all heating, lighting and power.
